Studio Policy

CANCELLATION & MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us 12 hours in advance for all sessions if you are unable to make it. You can cancel a class online through our booking system by navigating to your account (all cancellations must be done through the website, we do not accept cancellations via email or phone).

If you do not cancel before this window, you will lose your credit. If you late cancel or no show, please keep in mind that you will also be subject to the $15 late cancel fee if the booking was made using the: Intro Offer [First Timers - Single Session]. If you need to reach out to us for any reason, you can contact the studio at info@pilatespeoplestudio.com.

Memberships are recurring and will be charged on the same day of each month. A 2-month commitment is required for all our memberships. Cancellations or suspensions can occur after 2 months of signing up for the membership. Written notice must be given to the studio via email prior to your next billing cycle. Your membership can be put on a “freeze or hold” with your written request to the studio.

Our class packages have an expiration date, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your package. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and can discuss an extension. We’re not able to offer refunds on purchases (memberships / packages etc).

We have a no-phone policy during sessions. We kindly ask that all cellphones and tech are turned off or put on silent mode. We cannot allow entrance into sessions past class start time out of respect for the other attendees. We have a 5 minute grace period that we can accommodate. Be sure to give yourself enough time for parking if necessary!

Prices, classes, and instructors are subject to change without notice.

Please check our website for the most up to date class schedule.

Students must be 19 years or older to take class.
