Our signature semi-private session combines reformer and tower work in a focused 3:1 setting. Each 45-minute class is thoughtfully programmed with a form-focused, athletic approach that strengthens the entire body — core, glutes, back, arms, and legs.
Sessions are open to all levels. Exercises are modified for beginners and progressively layered for intermediate to advanced clients, ensuring appropriate challenge within the same class.
We incorporate small props such as the Pilates ball, resistance bands, hand weights, and the fitness circle to add variety, refine technique, and deepen the work where appropriate.

All Levels Welcome
Our semi-private sessions are designed to support a wide range of experience levels — from beginner to advanced. With a 3:1 class size, instruction is tailored to meet each client appropriately. Exercises are modified as needed and progressively layered to ensure a well-rounded, challenging experience for everyone.

Parking & Transit
Street parking is available on Homer Street directly in front of the studio (2-hour metered zone; free before 9am). We are also a short 3-minute walk from Yaletown–Roundhouse SkyTrain Station.

Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class. If this is your first visit, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early for a brief equipment orientation and intake. Once class begins, we allow a 5-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that time, late entry will not be permitted out of respect for those already in session.

Grip Socks Required
Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety during all sessions. Please bring your own pair or purchase them at the studio. If you plan to buy socks at the studio, kindly arrive a few minutes early.

Finding the Studio
The entrance is located on Homer Street next to Brix & Mortar. Street signage is limited. We are located on the second floor: Enter the building → turn left at the top of the stairs → then right down the main hallway.

Building Access
The building remains locked and requires buzzer entry before 9am and after 5pm. Please press 280 no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled class time. If you experience any issues, call 604-566-3535 or email info@pilatespeoplestudio.com prior to class.
